Orders placed on business days before 2pm are shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day, except holidays/weekends.

Returns

All products must be returned within 14 days of purchase and in their original unopened, unused condition.

Return Notice: We do not accept tweezer returns due to dissatisfaction from personal preference. To speak to our team about eligible returns, reach out to our customers support team and we will do our best to work through any issues you may have. If the tweezer is new to you, we highly suggest trying for short periods each day for at least a week before deciding whether or not the tweezer is a good suit for you.
